Open Up Ticketing Terms and Conditions

• All prices are subject to availability
• If an event is cancelled bookers will be contacted within 48 hours with their relevant ticket options.
• For workshops at Cultural Collections & Galleries refunds can be made if requested up to 48 hours before the event. Refunds are made at the discretion of the Galleries team.
• Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• All prices are subject to availability.
• Proof of ID will be required when purchasing or collecting discounted or concessionary tickets.
• Late entry and re-admittance to stage@leeds and School of Music events are at the discretion of University of Leeds staff.
• The University of Leeds reserves the right to refuse admission and alter the programme without prior notice.
• The University operates a Babes in Arms policy. Any child under the age of two does not require a ticket on the basis a separate seat will not be provided for the child. Any child over the age of two does require a separate ticket.
• You may be asked to provide proof of age for events, where there is an age restriction in place. We accept the following forms of ID: student and staff ID, passport, driving license. If you cannot provide proof of age you may be refused entry.
• If you are unable to attend a ticketed free event please contact either stage@leeds, School of Music or Galleries at least 48 hours before the event.
